1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers within the meaning of applicable consumer protection laws via the online shop OfertaWina.pl.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By submitting an order via the checkout process, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected goods. Confirmation of receipt of the order will be sent by email immediately after submission.
4. Protection of Minors
The sale of alcoholic beverages is permitted only to persons who have reached the legal drinking age in their country of residence.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The delivery service is authorized to verify age upon delivery.
5. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices listed in the online shop are stated in euros and include statutory VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed clearly during the ordering process before the order is finalized.
6. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are shown on the respective product pages. If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed without delay.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Tallinn, Estonia.
7. Payment
Payment methods available include advance payment, credit/debit card, Klarna, Sofort, or other payment providers displayed during checkout.
The customer is entitled to offset claims only if the counterclaims are legally established or undisputed.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

9. Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.
10. Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply.
The seller shall be liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
11. Online Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Final Provisions
The laws of the European Union and the Republic of Estonia shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
